Sweets, they are the world’s most delicious things, such as, cake, cupcakes, Jolly Ranchers, and any other candy items. Most of the time when people need sweets is when they are about to have a party, or going to a party. There are so many treat ideas you can do for the holidays, especially for the coming up holidays: Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. This is just an easy recipe you can do for your upcoming holiday event, but today we’ll make cupcakes for the biggest holiday there is: Christmas.
Gather all your ingredients
- ½ teaspoon of baking powder
- ¾ cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- ¾ cup of melted butter
- 3 eggs
- ¾ cup of cocoa powder (optional)
There is also the ingredients for decorating your cupcakes
- White icing (your choice of flavor)
- M&M’s
- Ziploc bag
- Scissors
- Cupcake tray liners
Mixing
For mixing you’re going to need combine all ingredients thoroughly
- 2 mixing bowls.
- 3 eggs
- ¾ cup of melted butter.
- ½ teaspoon of baking powder, ¾ cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- ¾ cup of cocoa powder (optional).
Cooking
- set your oven for 360° F.
- get 9×12 muffin pan.
- line the tray with your tray liners you have gathered.
- put the cupcakes inside to oven for 20-25 minutes.
- use a toothpick to check the insides Every now and then
Decorating
Once your cupcakes are fully cooked and cooled, you need to gather your decorating ingredients from earlier.
- put the white icing into the Ziploc bag.
- cut a small hole at one of the corners of the bag.
- very carefully, use the icing to cover the entire top of the cupcake
- take some of the brown M&Ms and put them down the middle of the cupcake, to make a cute snowman
You can do many things with the cupcakes. You can make a cupcake cake, you can decorate it differently. You can even decorate it different for the different holidays.You can do a mummy for Halloween, you can do a turkey for Thanksgiving, a Santa Claus for Christmas, etc. These cupcakes are a great way to make something quick and easy for a party, celebration, and a get together.
