Holiday’s. The one time of year that everyone freaks out. Whether it’s about the food you’re going to make or what you’re going to bring to someone’s home. Although never fear Krystens here to help with your food issue! In all the simplest yet delicious steps. In order to make around 16, all you need is:

  • 1 loaf sliced bread, crusts removed
  • 8 ounces’ cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • Rolling pin

Once you get all your ingredients all you gotta do is follow these simple steps, and you’ll be on your way to having something to bring.

  1. Mix cream cheese, and powdered sugar.     step-1-2
  2. Combine sugar and cinnamon; set aside.     image5-2
  3. Flatten bread with a rolling pin.        image4-2
  4. Spread 1 T cheese mixture on each slice bread.        image3-2
  5. Roll up.
  6. Dip in melted butter, then in cinnamon/sugar mixture.    image2-2
  7. Place on ungreased baking sheet.       image1-2
  8. Bake at 350°F for 16-20 minutes, or until golden.

And if you’re all about trying something new you can add a dab of pineapple, apricot jam, or something else that sounds exquisite to dip them in. Hopefully all goes well, and if not you can easily buy a cake and put it on your own platter. Happy Holidays, and a great New Year to you and yours!
